Riverside Foods, a family-owned grocery store in Riverside, IL, revamped its building facade and and sought to create new graphics that resonated more deeply with the culture and history of the Village of Riverside. With a refined color palette, distinctive illustrations and bold, friendly typography, I transformed the storefront from average to exceptional. The signage was designed to be easily understandable by residents passing by on foot or in vehicles, emphasized local, fresh foods and personalized services that enhanced customers' perception of the store.
